Sublimate summarized art of XIIème and XIIIème centuries, the Cathedral Our-Lady symbolizes the power of the bishops of Chartres and the enthusiasm of its inhabitants in the Middle Ages. Built and decorated between 1134 and 1260, registered by World UNESCO with the Inheritance, it most complete and is best preserved Gothic cathedrals.

Once inside the cathedral, you will be surprised by its proportions, among most impressive of the cathedrals of France: 130,50m length, a broad of 16,40m and high nave of 37,50m, importance of the chorus and transept (64m broad).
